HOW WE MANAGE TO DIVERSITY: DIVERSITY CLIMATE EFFECT OF JOB SATISFACTION

This study was examined in order to manage diversity by revealing the effect of a climate on job satisfaction. The conducted with female participants working as blue-collar workers. In this context, 392 employees were reached. According results study, has significant satisfaction same direction. To put it more clearly, will increase level women. other words, levels when are treated fairly their companies, have friendly environment, and respect opinions company regardless race, language or religion. these suggestions presented practitioners academicians. addition, within scope scale adapted into Turkish. implementation cultural compatibility analyzed construct validity concurrent according variance structure covariance relations. For reliability, internal consistency tests questions made, education difference calculated. As result all analyzes, sufficient evidence been obtained that is valid reliable.
